The same thing could be said for criminal trials, very complicated issue with DNA test, etc. Are you saying that the the jury system isn't up to the task, in either case? That we shouldn't try criminals? Are we to throw out the trial by a jury of your peers part of the constitution? re: Why is Edwards where he is today (other than the personal fortune he accumulated ripping off the system)?... Because the trial lawyers put him there, with their contributions. And people call Michael Moore a wild eyed fanatic. You are way off the scale. Get a grip man. John
