After reading about what the CIA reports regarding worldwide terrorism, including notes on Iraq....

Then I suggest reviewing what the previous Administration said about Iraq, and WMD...

And then, if you still don't believe any of that, you start asking yourself exactly who it is that is working in the CIA....You know, the ones who have been there for years, and years....inside, pushing reports.....

Were they making these things up as they went?

Or was it because the budgets were cut by the last Administration and Congress?

Or was it because the Church hearings and the aftermath totally put nincompoops working at lower levels of the CIA, who didn't produce anything of interest or accuracy?
