I doubt Indian's will send troops under current scenario. You are right the minor partners in coalition govt. will be against it. BJP (right wing govt.) was the best bet and even toyed with the idea of sending troops without UN authorization but realized that politically it would be a disaster so they did not send. India will send troops ONLY if they get bigger piece of action to extert it's influence. I don't think they will be under anyone's command (except for UN)
