Thomas...I must confess to being a nurse with a personal interest in cancer and can understand 'some' of these concepts...but I need the help of other scientists in interpreting these basic molecular novel mechanisms... I am glad to hear there is more and more testing done on actual patient metastatic tissue, or any human cancer tissue, xenograft testing has not translated in a consistent fashion to the clinic...at ASCO this year, clinicians and scientists were reminded to actively save specimens for research labs...
