It is better termed "The coalition of the Obliging" and perhaps "The purchased coalition".

Now you may think those little "favors" US makes for the coalition members (or refuses to withdraw) are just taking care of our friends or making them face the reality of the world.

But I happen to think that if the cause is just, no arm twisting and tit-for-tat negotiations will be necessary. People will volunteer to participate just because they believe in it.
