I do think he was putting his life at risk, no, he was putting more than his life at risk... he was putting the lives (potentially) of any others in the store at the time at risk... assuming there was a trigger happy store owner dealing with his antics... let me tell you something... i've had an encounter in my business with looking down the barrel of a gun....and i find it somehow difficult to imagine that i would take to kindly to some asshole walking into my place with his face covered with a ski mask... most likely i wouldn't just pull out my firearm and shoot the guy...i would probably tell him to get the hell out out...but just thinking about the adrenalin rush of seeing some jerk with his face covered like that for OBVIOUSLY NO OTHER REASON than to conceal his identity, would potentially put other people at risk... as far as i'm concerned, he can stew in his own juices in jail for year.... prolly lose some weight and do him good when he comes out, he can write a book about it and make tons of money... call it "my year in jail cuz i was a f*%Kin' asshole"
