you are arguing that it is up to the state to not* prohibit this guy from intimidating the store owner on his own private property over his right to "wear a mask"?* I'm saying if the state is going to charge him with a crime he should have committed that crime. and that right supercedes my right to blow him away ? You don't have a right to blow someone away for walking around in a sky mask. If you own the store you have a right to order him to leave, but not just to see a ski mask and then shoot. Tim
