Real cops, I think, for real markets. Make sure INTC is getting their 10Qs in on time, I suppose. As to the OTC and Pink Persian Bazaar, I suggest pull out the Keystone Kops altogether; leave it unregulated. That would conserve resources to put forth a better job towards real companies (the SEC always complaining about lack of resources). Let Darwin takes his course. If you're stupid enough to give your money to a crackhead who's running a purported AIDs cure that used to be a car dealership, from a federal prison — or a BRE-X fake mine wannabe with more OS than Carl Sagan can count "beelyons" of stars in the universe, then you deserve to lose your money. Perhaps even too stupid to pretend any right of possession towards any money. A law against natural fiscal Darwinian Redistribution would just be — unnatural.
