They should not apologize for relying upon intelligence estimates, nor for making their case. If they are culpable of something serious, sure, they should apologize.

The A-hole man and the F-man don't apologize for anything. The combination of stupidity and arrogance is too strong for them to even come close to admitting that they were wrong, let alone admitting that they lied.
