As far as I understood the court's statement, it's against international law to place the wall in the occupied territory. Building walls on your own soil is not a violation of international law per se. Did I miss something?

Further implications was that the Palestinian territory is an occupation indeed and that Geneva Conventions are fully applicable. Was about time.
