I agree

Bush never picked anyone, anywhere that had any potential to upstage him or was even willing to disagree with Bush policies. Contrast that with the Clinton team, people who were genuinely interested in choosing the best people for the job, even if that choice was controversial (remember Jocelyn Elders)
