The Islamic subhumans were convinced by the Spanish COWARDS that they can get their sympathizers elected if they kill enough people. Look for them to attempt a Mass Murder for Kerry/Edwards/Moore before the election. Plwboy Tom Ridge is useless, but Ashcroft will probably break up these pro-Kerry killers before they pull it off.
