WSJ editorial "Liberal Loopholes", typically full of distortions and misstatements:

finance.messages.yahoo.com

One example (although the passages you choose to emphasize are full of them):

WSJ says "More likely, the majority of her investment income is sheltered within trusts so that tax is deferred until she or her family actually wants to spend it."

There is actually no such loophole, since income retained within trusts is actually taxed at higher rates than the rates applicable to individuals so there's no incentive to keep the income "within trusts" as the WSJ sneers -- see linked Yahoo post.

The WSJ is just making it up, and you're happy to uncritically repeat it here.

Do you realize that this election is going to be about Bush and what he has done to better the lot of the people. The right wing media is putting out crap on Kerry and Edwards. This strategy may be effective in the deep South. But people in other places are simply getting fed up about negativity. They want to hear about a bright future by being assured with ads that show a bright past. Instead, the right wing media keeps hammering away at how bad Kerry is for the future. Bush's past failure is no guarantee og a bright future with Bush either. So why not exercise our choice against Bush when we get that opportunity. The right wing media has not made its case.

I hope you will cease being a source of illogical posts which does not make any sense such as the money in a trust is not taxed. This is no place for lies.
