They are to a certain extent. It basically means that you are for gay marriage imo. It's fake if you say you are against it, but want the states to decide it.

I do know. It will be shot down in court. It wouldn't be shot down if no states adopted gay marriage, but as you know Mass Supreme court has already written law saying same sex marriages are legit.
