I agree that the best thing that could happen in Washington is gridlock where nothing happens. There are 2 major reasons why I will vote for the lesser of two evils.

#1 If Kerry gets elected he plans to take more from the rich to give to those that have not earn their money. The fact is that 1 percent of the people pay one-third of all federal income taxes. The Wall Street Journal published information about the "evil rich" According to a 1998 U.S. Trust Corp. survey, the top 1 percent either had more than $225,000 in adjusted gross income or a net worth of $3 million. Most are working couples with children who've worked an average 29 years and put in 56-hour weeks. A quarter of a million dollars is nothing to sneeze at, but we are talking about earned income here, not idle wealth. The top 10 percent of taxpayers have an adjusted gross income of $79,212 or more. They pay 63.2 percent of the total income tax. Those who pay taxes on $79,212 or more make up only 10 percent of the taxpayers. Yet they pay 63.2 percent of all federal income taxes. That's just not fair. Al wants to "protect" the 90 percent who pay only 36.6 percent of all income taxes. Because more of them vote. The current tax system forces 10 percent of the people to pay 63.2 percent of all federal income taxes. The Democrats continue to play class warfare which is not honorable.

#2 Kerry will have America join the International Criminal Court. This will end America's sovereignty as One Nation under God. Americans will then be able to be tried by international tribunals without a jury of their peers. This is totally unconstitutional and is against the president's oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution. All Americans should be extremely worried about this but we do not hear anything in the liberal media about this dangerous precedent. The United Nations would have the American troops be used as peacekeepers, but if any accidentally killed civilians, they will be held responsible. Even if the president were to the exempt the military, imagine having Texas or Arizona landowners protecting their private property from the Mexican invasion being held in an international court for protecting their own land in their own country. This is not some far-fetched conspiracy theory.
