WRONG! Read that clause again. It says that for each representative, there shall AT LEAST 30,000 people. If it does not mean that, then YOU have to explain why the ratio started out at 1 rep to 660,000 population and why that has never been corrected to change that ratio to 1 for 30,000 population. The clause puts an UPPER BOUND on the number of representatives, not on the number of people that represent. And your representation has NOT been diluted, as I demonstrated.
