you just stated a fundamental difference between liberals and conservatives. Liberals think schools are bad because not enough money is being poured into them. Conservatives think schools are bad and more money thrown at a corrupt system is not the answer. Come on, dude, lets tell the truth. Its not that the system is corrupt, but rather because the students are not all white and Christian. Without teacher standards, the system is corrupt. If you were really worried about the quality of the teachers, you would raise their pay. As it is, the quality of teachers are far better than the system deserves.
