<Chairman Alan Greenspan (news - web sites) will go before Congress this week armed with data showing the U.S. economy is solid and free of dangerous price pressures that could force rapid interest-rate rises. >

Get the feeling that this is not good news for POG or the PM's

<Next week will be volatile:>

Right on schedule when AG speaks.

The good news for POG is that it still sit above $400, 200-dma, and move sideways instead of dropping like a stone in previous corrections during the last two months. I think many gold bugs gradually figured out that the market is totally rigged for disasters.

When we look the strong closes of NEM, PDG, ABX, and FCX, with strong buying volumes we should be very happy at here. I think this is the good time to build a solid golds portfolio for the next leg up. Buy on dip and not to sell is my plan. Hate to dump GFI and HMY, but I figure the trade for more NEM was a good decision. At least I can sleep better. <G>

Good luck.
