Z,
I'll see if I can find some articles.

But there is not a correlation. I agree it should be, but without measurable performance based accountability, the unions run the schools...

While there are some good schools, too many are overpaid babysitters.

it just makes friggin' logical sense that there'd be a correlation!
DANG! I gotta tell The Boyz about you! You're as much fun as American Spirit!

So point out one other case where feeding more money to a bloated, wasteful bureaucracy improved its performance.

Generally when fed more funds, all they do is get bigger and less efficient. If you want more for your money, you starve them.

Also, I do notice that you fail to support your case with any facts.

Essentially, your position is that "Well, spending more money on schools improves education because it is so obvious that it should." The problem, as I have previously pointed out to you (but you obviously didn't comprehend), is that government is the worst possible vehicle for spending money. I think I also provided an example of our local school's squandering of money. Why? Because they can.

If you get a chance, check out Donald Trump's first book, "The Art of the Deal". Not that I'm a big Trump fan, but for the story of the Wohlman Rink, if nothing else.
