The latter negative characteristic in a U.S. Pres would erase the progress achieved so far in the War on Terror.

Ann, what war? How can Bush, who when he had an opportunity to take part in a war but ran away from it know anything about how a war is fought leave alone knowing how to win one. What stupidity is the extreme right indulging in by claiming that Bush is winning the war on terrorism.
