How about M. King Hubbert? :)

My reference to Ruppert BTW was his making the case very early on that "peak oil" may have been a significant rationale behind geopolitical maneuvers in the European Balkans (i.e. Yugoslavia), the Eurasian Balkans (i.e. Afghanistan and the Islamic former Soviet republics), and of course the War in Iraq.

I don't know though, did Colin Campbell also correlate peak oil theory with geopolitical activity in oil regions? BTW, how long has Colin Campbell been arguing the case?

TIA.
