I believe 5% holders still have to file quarterly. Looks like Haywood bought about 4.6m shares in low to mid-single digits then cashed out most of his original capital with the early 2004 sales. He still owned 4.583m on March 22.

So he's down a cool $30m from March levels on those. Reminds me of Bernie Ebbers, not smart enough to cash out of his own scam.
