This morning Google disclosed preliminary pricing and an offering size. The IPO is set at 24.6mm shares, 14.1mm offered by the company and 10.5mm offered by selling shareholders. Estimated pricing is between $108 and $135, which is a decent bit higher than most people had guessed. The ticker symbol will be "GOOG".

If the deal is priced at the high end of estimates, Google will have a value of a bit north of $36 billion, approximately the same as YHOO.

One other thing, EPS for the first 6 months this year was 54¢ vs 23¢ for the same period in 2003.
