I have watched Sandy Berger being interviewed many times. And I have read about encounters people have had with him.

My take? Arrogance. He felt he needed the docs to rehearse for the hearings, and so nothing wrong with him taking them. After all, he used to be the NSC guy!

I tuned in "Hannity and Colmes" to catch the glee, and they had a ball. Ann Coulter was on, and was really pouring it on the the Dem guest. The poor guy was sputtering and interrupting so much that Hannity threatened to turn off his mike. Everything I dislike about these type of shows happened. Shouting, interrupting, etc.

The Dem spin seems to be, "nothing here, this was leaked for Political purposes two days before the 911 report." Well, what do they expect? No one made Berger take the papers. The question now is, will he be prosecuted? With all the publicity, a deal and a warning will probably be all.
