Z, would you have rather waited until America was attacked? Would you prefer that our military responses be limited to those directly responsible for attacking us or supporting the attackers? Would you rather move the billions of dollars we spend on the military toward closing the borders, or financing intelligence, or funding Big Brother technologies?

I'm not asking these questions in an accusatory tone. (Or at least not to you.) I'm asking them so that you may better understand why I believe the way I do. No need to tell me the consequences of being a bull in a shop full of fine china, nor do you need to remind me of Colin Powell's "Pottery Barn" theory: "You break it, you own it." I totally understand the alternatives that the ABB crowd is pushing, but as for me, I'm supporting the Bush Doctrine, because I want to see real victory against these terrorists.
