Intel starts 90nm @ 200mm while AMD's pretty much already converted to 110nm (both bulk and mirrorbit) and will start 90nm at end this year, and while Samsung's at 90nm @ 300mm for NAND since September last year, still this echo's analysts reports that Intel will crush the rest. When will this phenomenon weaken enough?

Kind regards,

Rink

Intel to Start 90nm NOR Flash

AMD had planned to be in production with 90nm Flash by now. I understand they had to back off to 110nm instead. Is this correct and if so, why? Looks like Intel has quite an advantage here.
