Health depends upon people's lifestyle choices. We don't want to subsidize and therefore encourage poor personal choices like smoking... Oh yeah? That must be why the government subsidizes tobacco from the field to the filtertip. heavy drinking,... Right...the only legal drug in the country, with alligator shoed lobbyists crawling all over the capital promoting it. Heck it even has it's own department along with the aforementioned tobacco...ATF. over-eating, burger-gobbling,... That's probably the result of people being stressed out over having no health insurance having unprotected sex with AIDS carriers,... LOL... In those countries with health care AIDs growth rates are lower. In places like Africa where there is no health care at all it's exploding. and/or not washing one's hands after using the facilities. Right...if we have health care we will stop washing our hands. Makes sense to me...not! Orca
