Urban Renewal

The place we live in today is poised to change, those of use who live here will have a hand in this change, just as we have had a hand in shaping the present community. The new iteration of SI will focus our community output, it is in a word, excellent. I used the dev version for some added research in this story and I was very impressed by the effectiveness of the new format, it is a return to our roots. The original dingy java joint, SI's Coffee Shop which grew to be a minor attraction in it's own right will see changes, there never really was a lot of investment advice in the Coffee Shop, some, but not a lot and now it will be a lot smaller and quieter. SI now boasts a big hall for political rallies. Citizens from many countries can go there and complain about the effect their government is having on investors, votes can be gathered, spittle will fly, coffee drinking should be safer. In the dev version the bells in the town hall will also be far clearer, a subject must be investment related to make the Hot List and for investors this is a very positive development. For some people this will amount to a capricious act of tyranny, for most it will be a welcome relief to see the community shed those who wish to have sideshow acts that are not investment/investor related. I consider my own clown show "investor related" for obvious reasons.
