What makes you believe that John Kerry's policies will change the world view of Americans?

Do you really believe that it is presidential policy that makes other cultures dislike us?

Why do you suppose that the hatred of Americans became so evident under a democratic president (clinton)? The WTC was first bombed in 1993, under Clinton's watch. And the planning for 9/11 happened under Clinton's watch. This tells me that the hatred was there before and was *not* related to US political parties (you can read that as "it wasn't clinton's fault anymore than it was Bush's fault").

So what does Kerry have that Clinton didn't have?
