Michael, delawareintercorp.com There's no need to incorporate in delaware for compensation reasons, since industry compensation is already way over the top. I think the entry level people are getting the squeeze because they have higher mortgages than the mid to high level people due to easy Al's interest rates that have doubled real estate prices in just 5 years. Have you found a new project? According to Elmer, sounds like Schwab could use a hand on their connectivity, though it's not clear whether it was their website or a connectivity issue that he might have. Regards, Amy J
