"In context of his considerable responsibilities and concerns, the words describing 911 were all Bush needed to understand that he ought not have dashed away from those kids! "

Of all the crap you've posted in defense of Bush's cowering seven minutes, the above is the silliest.... The nation was under attack and you suggest he should not have dashed away from the little children's reading group....he didn't have to dash away, but he did need to show the nation that he was on the job by getting off his ass and appearing to be in command..... To say he was showing great leadership in that situation is only proof of your radical support. And you pretending that you are a great (good?) leader is also arguable....you're far far too radical and extreme to be a leader in the normal sense of the word... A leader of a Taliban-like movement perhaps, but not of normal people....you did say you checked to see if your company disaster recovery plan was initiated....was your company located in the WTC??? Care to give it's name?
If a general can't sit like that because his job is just too small begs the question....what leaders would be expected to sit like a clam and (I would normally say contemplate their navels but Bush would never do that) cower...... Two words you'll never hear from Bush's mouth...."FOLLOW ME!!"

BTW, have you seen the seven minute clip????
