He knows more about governing the country than Bush did in 2000. He not only can locate the coubtries of the world on the map but he has also established personal relationships with a good number of the world leaders. After all he is not a governor of a State but a Senator gets the opportunity to deal with world leaders more than a Governor does. The last 2 Governors we had Carter and George W. Bush have failed to meet the performance standards.
