The Crap-arse Kennedy's have obviously been grooming him for a long time. I think they're finally convinced that any of their's who run will end up as a corpse. And, old 'Tawdry Teddy' may well drink himself into a casket any day; hence, the "..babysitter-wife.." they found as a "minder" for him.

With SlickyBoy & The (W)itch pimping him at the Hootenanny, and "...vowing to make him Pres..." - he's toast.
