BTW, I never saw anyone, anywhere, discuss the wisdom of that law during the whole mess. Or after. Amazing.

But he is the one who signed the legislation permitting the fishing expedition about "pattern" which eventually got him in trouble, expecting it only to bite fatcat businessmen on the tuches.

Oh, whoopi with Monica was plenty idiotic, and nobody knew it better than Bill himself. But the contortions his enemies were willing to put the government through to get him generated an equal and opposing disgust in the American people.
