The UN did not endorse the US invasion. Remember that the UN inspectors were still in Iraq and had to leave because the US gave them two or three days' notice.

You may convince yourself and the rest of you fools that this invasion was approved by the UN, but the outside world doesn't care. That is why NATO is dragging its feet when it comes to putting soldiers in Iraq, even after Dumbya went and begged them to do so.
