The only stain Clinton left was on a certain blue dress :-)

All Americans, not just Democrats, should be shamed by the stain he left on the presidency

What about the stains left by the other previous presidents? Many of them had trysts in the White house...some are well known. But not until Clinton did the republican party make a sport out of getting him...for sex.

With out a doubt the republican attack was politically motivated. It left our country vulnerable. That is a high price we all pay when such tactics are brought into play. Would have been far better for the country to have just left that whole Monica mess alone. I'm not pardoning Clinton for being a dufus, but I'm not pardoning the republicans for the relentless attack either. Both actions were irresponsible and damaged our country.

But they are not. Don't you remember the impeachment votes in the house. Why did the lawmakers blink? The power and pressure from their constituents is what caused them to do so.

People like and continue to love Clinton and it is a forgone conclusion that he would have beaten this "son of a Bush" handily if the constitution permitted him to run for a third time.

The father has better credentials than the son. People said that in spite of those credentials, he did not deserve a second term. You think that they would vote junior with worse off credentials?

Like father like son, four years and he is done.
