Z, if you're saying the average rich guy can't be trusted to donate on his own, then it's foolish to bring up the generosity of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Of course, you probably think the Gates family is a model for the way rich people ought to spend their money, and there is no other way to get other rich people to follow that model without involving government. Maybe one of these days, we're going to let go of the myth that communism, and it's lesser cousin socialism, is a good idea and just needs another chance. Tenchusatsu
