This is a true Paul Harvey story. Old cowboy who has spent the summer on the mountain with the cattle is down for the winter and goes out for a few brews. On his way back to the ranch a trooper pulls him over for weaving. Trooper walks up and talks to the guy for a minute and then ask's him to step out of the vehicle. Cowboy asks why. Trooper said that he was going to administer a field sobriety test. Cowboy said he can't do that. Trooper asks why. Cowboy says because I took that test last year and failed and I'm way drunker this time:)
