From a purely anthropological and psychological pov...this "chosen one" is just another in a long procession of righteous mannequins that talk up tempests and sow dissensions wherever they go...for religion is such an ego-builder and tool for manipulation . Donkeys brey , and horses whinney...and many men love to hear the sound of their own voices . There are such lovely verses one can encounter in that collection of prose we know as the "Bible". It is the most uncanny thing that this Elect fellow has rarely quoted from scripture even once here , in all this time ....and I found it inspiring or beautiful in the least . Yet only a while back I attended a small church service up in the wine country in a small town up there , and the minister was a woman and the people were good people , and the sermon was a good one which did inspire good thoughts and a warmth towards my fellow man whatever his or her chosen belief. Faith and love and understanding are mysteries aren't they ? But good people are just good people taking tiny baby steps and trying their best ....and even stopping once in a while to listen to "God" , which isn't possible without humility first. Now that would be a true revelation and thing for this "Elect" fellow to try for himself. Interesting to see if he ever makes it ? The listening part that is ...but that would require humility . Such a quandry that...and paradox he himself will forever be attempting to solve. ;)
