That makes no sense Dipy. Kerry was a leader in anti-war protests and it was based on his Viet Nam Veterans against the war stance. Of course people who are drafted are more likely to question and/or oppose something than people who volunteer to go do the thing. I don't see what your point is on that.

Kerry's testimony was given in 1971. The draft had been in place for a while, and the protest rally's were huge that year and the following year, which pretty much put an end to it all and created the legacy for the past 35 years.
