there was this guy Trader C on here a few weeks ago who was investing in Las Vegas which I guess is one of the really hot areas, I wonder how he is doing now.

So what are you predicting? A continuation of this parabolic rise in housing prices ad infinitum?
Or that houses aren't like stocks which is a no brainer in most respects?
Heck, in Japan, housing prices have been dropping for more than 10 years.
