OK, that's your opinion. I very much doubt that any lunch to go costs much more than $20, unless caviar and expensive wine is involved. And we don't know how many of the 19 had one or more and how much of the "expensive" ingredients. A couple of shrimp, scallops and oysters are not that expensive.

Lots of fancy restaurants will sell takeout lunches for about $9 or $10. If they depend on office-workers for their traffic, they can't charge more than that, really.
