Victor, That's one poll - Rasmussen gave him a 4 point bounce and a 4 point lead Newsweek gave him a 2 point bounce and an 8 point lead.

Now what would be REALLY COOL would be for Bush to get a 10-15 point BOUNCE UP after the Republican Convention. That would open eyes, now wouldnt it? jdn
