Washington DC as opposed to Vancouver is interesting and fun.

Everybody I know that lives there loves it.

I own rental property and I have never had a problem finding tenants who pay an excellent rent.

The people are varied and interesting as is the weather

Vancouver is great if you enjoy a steady drizzle and boring homogenous people
