So if Al Qaeda are in the US, you would then argue that there is a link between the US Gov't and Al Queda? Surely even you cannot believe that somehow the Al Queda cells in the US have escaped GW Bush's notice...

Please provide some proof of an actual connection between Saddam Hussein and Al Quada. The 9-11 commission didn't find one. And they had more data at their disposal than even you.

It's interesting that the Right wing zealots started with "definitive proof" of WMD's (they even said that they knew exactly where they were) and of ties with Saddam and Al Qaeda. Now, it's "proof" of "intent of maybe building a weapons program" and "speculation" of Al Qaeda members being somewhere in Iraq and that Saddam "must have known and aided them", even though there is again...no proof.

It's laughable.
