Latest polls have a 10% swing. In other words, split down the middle Kerry is ahead by about 3.5% nationally and about 5% in battleground states.

Bush will now launch a huge combo of negative and positive ads going into ther convention where they will show off party moderates while Bush tries to look compassionate and attack Kerry at the same time.

Kerry will also fight ferociously, more a tough-smart guy and macho man than Bush, deep down especially. Edwards will charm and energize half the country. Many others will be fighting on both sides. Like war.

By September we could be right back where we are now.
Then two months of all-out warfare.

So I think they'll be almost tied, slight advantage Kerry, but Bush capable of cheating he he has the Diebold machines rigged, and more voter roll scrubbing maybe, though they'd better not try it in Florida. They're busted down there.
