As long as it is voluntary, RD. I like to moped with a cap. I can hear the cars coming. Can't with a helmet. If I injure myself, that is my problem. My health insurance is paid up.

If we all wore catchers outfits I suppose we would be allot safer too.

The problem with black and white laws like helmets is they don't take into account the 1/4 mile scoot down to the local store on back roads, or the 4 block ride down to your neighbors house for a cup of coffee. It makes criminals out of good citizens.

Freedom, it's disappearing under the guise of safety.
