why would more troops stop the car bombs.. Israel has plenty of troops and yet many bombs continue to go off.

Iraq people need to take charge and we can help with back up support. I like the idea of withdraw from neighborhoods and let police etc do their job. Maybe the people will get upset enough they will turn in the terrorists.

If not ,, after elections maybe they ask us to leave.

michael...have you found time to read the New Yorker article Gina posted yesterday? If not, I think you would find it a good expenditure of your time....it may in fact clarify some things in your mind that you ask questions about.

Although the article itself isn't political....the bottom line question becomes: Who do you think would do the best job in the WH in helping to keep our country and citizens safe....Look around at the team each of them has surrounded themselves with....
