Very thoughtful remarks that make a lot of sense.

I'd mention the toilet and washer/dryer folks as well (MYG, S, ASD, etc.). ASD stands out as being the better performer so far, not sure why.

Houses still moving here in the NW, but more being listed, shown in the framing stage, which I thougth was unusual.

I also read somewhere last week, that WM (WaMu) was pulling the plug on lending to builders.
"Also, Washington Mutual said it will no longer lend home builders money for the purchase and development of land for single-family homes. This business was in 30 U.S. markets."
