They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we. GW is well known for tripping over his tongue, but this one is a real belly flop. It's hard to imagine a supposedly educated and experienced public figure having that much trouble trying to make a simple one sentence cogent statement. I could see the mental confusion if the person is not sober, or has other drugs/medications in their system. Many of GW's malapropisms are fairly easy to excuse but this one really makes me wonder just how mentally together GW currently is.
